Refund policy
Mid Missouri Laser LLC has a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note that 7-day return policy only applies to pre-made non customized items. Customized items are not eligible for a return unless there was a fault on behalf of Mid Missouri Laser LLC such as the engraving was wrong, the wrong product was engraved or the product was damaged. Ordering the wrong item does not qualify for a return if that item was customized.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Customer will be responsible for all return shipping cost.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Items will not be eligible for return if they are not received back to us within 14-days. To cut down on potential fraud issues, if the item is lost during transit back to us you will need to make a report with the carrier whom was to deliver the item. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items being returned to us.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and provide a solution.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Cancelations
All items sold by Mid Missouri Laser LLC are made to order and production generally begins within 12 hours from the time your order is placed. If you wish to cancel your order you will need to contact us at sales@midmolaser.com before 12 hours has passed since placing your order. You will need to provide your order number and state that you are requesting your order be canceled for a refund. If a cancelation request is received after 12 hours from the time your order is placed you will be responsible for a restocking fee of 30% of the order or item total. Restocking fee is used to replace materials, machine wear and labor utilized to process your order.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
